maxie (pokemon)
Maxie, known as Matsubusa (マツブサ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. His Team Aqua counterpart and rival is Archie.
As the leader of Team Magma, Maxie dreams of creating an ideal world for humans. He’s a logical thinker and willing to make sacrifices to accomplish his objectives (official bio).
Pokémon ORAS: He has black eyes and short red hair. He wears black-framed glasses, a red ribbed bodysuit under a black shirt, red shorts, and open red coat, and red boots.
