Has a yellow body, red eyes, legs that resemble hakama pants, and two mouths, one on its face and another on the opposite side of the head. The second mouth is much larger and has a set of sharp-toothed jaws.

Inspired by a type of traditional youkai called a futakuchi-onna.

It can Mega Evolve.
