matsudaira nobutsuna (fate)
Supporting character in Fate/Grand Order's chapter Tokugawa Restoration Labyrinth, Ooku. A concept that opposed Kama's power was imbued in his soul and a spell was engraved in his body to transform his organs into hanafuda cards, which made him incessantly cough blood. He acted as a double agent, serving Kama while scattering the cards throughout the labyrinth, aiding Chaldea with their power. Nobutsuna later sacrifices himself and a blade emerges from his body for Yagyuu Munenori to wield, gaining advantage over Kama.
He also appears briefly in the opening animation for Fate/Samurai Remnant, but nowhere else in the game.
