Azur Lane character.

She has red hair and red eyes. She wears a black dress, a black cape, a white second layer dress up front, a black necktie, black gloves, and black thighhighs.

For her rigging she has a cage mast and CXAM radar holding the two sides of the rig.

Originally designed by Rail (Silverbow), redesigned by Chuzenji.
