One Piece character. The vice warden of Impel Down. Used to be the chief warden. However his failure in containing the mass breakout orchestrated by Monkey D. Luffy led to his demotion.

Having consumed the Doku Doku no Mi Devil Fruit, he can generate all sorts of poison.

Named after the Portguese explorer, Ferdinand Magellan.
