A tall moth-like alien species appearing in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. They are the main inhabitants of the planet Aether, locked in a war with the Ing of Dark Aether which nearly drove them to extinction.
U-Mos is the last of the surviving Luminoth that is conscious, while the rest are in deep slumber in the Great Temple's hibernetic stasis chambers.
