Turn-based strategy game and the seventh and final "main" installment in Falcom's Dragon Slayer series. While not as well known as its previous entries, it did receive several upgrades and sequels, including:

• Advanced Lord Monarch
• Tokoton Sentou Densetsu, developed by Culdcept developer Omiya Soft for the Sega Mega Drive
• Lord Monarch Online, released for Windows 9x in both Japanese and English, and later made freeware by Falcom
