lockdown (transformers)

A character from the Transformers science fiction franchise, first appearing in 2007's Transformers: Animated.

While usually marketed as an evil Decepticon, Lockdown is often shown as a bounty hunter who is willing to work for any faction, even Autobots and humans. He is a sentient alien robot that typically transforms into a black and green muscle car in most appearances, although his appearance in the Age of Extinction film depicts his vehicle form as a Lamborghini Aventador instead.

Lockdown's signature weapon is an arm-mounted EMP generator that can be used to immobilize and capture opponents; this weapon is often shown as a trophy taken from Ratchet in a previous fight.
