リナックス

Linux is a generic term referring to a family of Unix-like computer operating systems based on the GNU userland (or others) with the Linux kernel, i.e. GNU/Linux. Tux is its mascot, and serves as the logo for any distributions based off of the Linux kernel.

The Linux kernel is named after its creator, and current lead maintainer, Linus Torvalds.
