lean (drug)

Also called Purple Drank, lean is a drug that’s popular in the South-Western United States, consisting of a cough syrup that contains promethazine and codeine mixed with soda (usually Sprite). People think the Grimace Shake looks like Lean which sparked off the Grimace Shake memes.
