A chastity cage that is thicker and longer than normal. A "normal" cage can fit a penis in flaccid state and isn't much longer than the testicles. A large cage is bulky and can fit a normal penis half-erect or fully erect. Large cages are usually straight instead of curved and worn by futanari and bara characters.
