La Calavera Catrina, a 1910 satirical etching by José Guadalupe Posada depicting a lavishly dressed female skeleton.
The character has since become an icon of Dia De Muertos, with many revelers dressing up as her with calavera makeup.
Her male equivalent is El Catrin.
