Her name is a reference to the Swedish pop/jazz group Cloudberry Jam (Kuraudoberii Jamu), who were popular in Japan.
She has long brown hair in twintails. In Guilty Gear Strive, she wears a red crop top under a white jacket, a white skirt with a red pelvic curtain, and high heels.
