国士無双 thirteen_orphans 国士無双十三面待ち
One of the yakuman (highest-scoring) hands in mahjong. Consists of a 1 and 9 tile for each of the three suits, one each of the wind and dragon tiles, and one duplicate tile. Known in English as "Thirteen Orphans".
