kofu (pokemon)
A Gym Leader of Cascarrafa's Gym from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Besides being a Gym Leader, he is the head chef of his own restaurant, the Kofu Lounge. Kofu is a jolly man loved by the people of Cascarrafa, and his catch phrase is "Vaultin' Veluza!" He mentored Katy some time in the past and currently has an apprentice named Hugo.
Kofu specializes in Water-type Pokémon. The final Pokémon he uses in battle is a Terastallized Crabominable.
