When someone is stabbed by a throwing knife or dagger in a comedic manner. Usually the knife is still sticking out of their body while the person seems relatively unharmed.
One popular meme involves Izayoi Sakuya, since her danmaku involves lots of knives, and Hong Meiling having a knife (or several) sticking out of her head, usually for being lazy.
Use stab for when a person is stabbed in a non-comedic way.
