Admiral Kizaru (real name: Borsalino) is an Admiral of the Marines in the world of One Piece.

Having consumed the Pika Pika no Mi Devil Fruit, he has the power to turn into and control light. He is also currently the only admiral on the Timeskip from the previous generation.
