Kim Dong Hwan is a character in the Fatal Fury series who debuted in Garou: Mark of the Wolves, the son of Kim Kaphwan and elder brother of Kim Jae Hoon, trained in taekwondo. Of the brothers, Dong Hwan is the cocky talented slacker. He has short, black hair and wears a black-and-red dobok. In Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, after a scolding by father Kim for being a little too irresponsible, Dong Hwan is taking things a little more seriously; in addition, he still wears his black-and-red dobok pants, but now he sports an exposed tank top with a jacket tied around his waist.
