Kenneth Del Duca (callsign: "Otaman") is a Swiss male character belonging to the International Legion of Ukraine.
Created by LapisLumos in 2024 to represent the foreign volunteers fighting for Ukraine in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. He has a pet dog called Gunther.
Also has an earlier-born World War I and Russian Civil War variant fighting for the Ukrainian People's Republic and then for the Russian Empire against the Soviet Union.
He is depicted as an androgynous bishounen with long red hair and green eyes.
