Witch of the Fuso Army in the Witches Of Africa.

Her appearance is tomboyish, with short brown hair and often seen with goggles worn on her head. She was sent to North Africa and soon joined with Hanna-Justina Marseille's unit, forming the 31st Joint Fighter Squadron "Storm Witches". Being the ranking officer, Keiko became the Commanding Officer. She has the power of super eyesight, but due to her age and failing magic, Keiko mostly holds herself to an aerial recon role with her camera.

Has the pet name 'Kei'. Her weapons include Type 38, Type 97, and Type 98 rifles, Type 1 and ZB-26 machine guns, and a M1934 pistol. Her familiar is an Ezo red fox, and she's based on Katou Shouiji.
