A playable variant of Kaname Madoka in Magia Record: Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Gaiden.

Her short pink hair is tied into a side ponytail and decorated with yellow flowers. She also has pink eyes, bangs and sidelocks.

She wears a choker, a pink chest jewel, a two-tone red-and-yellow bikini with a bow at front and back, and a skirt, a pair of bracelets, and a pair of red platform sandals with a star.

Not to be confused with Kaname Madoka (Swimsuit Costume), a different costume for the character.
