Character from Tenchi Muyou! Ryou-ouki, voiced by Shindou Naomi.
Introduced in Tenchi Muyou! GXP, she becomes a formal member of the cast in the second episode of Ryou-ouki OVA3. A Galaxy Police detective, her character pays some homage to Makibi Kiyone from Tenchi Muyou! Uchuu Hen. Like her, she becomes the sixth member of Masaki Tenchi's harem, but also his first fiancée.
She is the genetically-altered female half of Kagato.
