Kamen Rider Zeronos - Sakurai Yuuto - is the secondary Rider of Kamen Rider Den-O. Unlike Den-O, Zeronos only has three forms - the default Altair Form, the powered Vega Form (with his own Imajin, Deneb) and the more powerful Zero Form.

Using Zeronos will come to a heartbreaking cost, as every time Sakurai uses up its power (through the Zeronos Cards), a random person whom he previously met or seen, will lose their memories of his existence, forgetting him entirely.
