Kamen Rider Kuuga's super form.

An upgrade of his Rising Mighty, this form is stronger than any of the forms that came before it and is also well-balanced.

This form also equips the Mighty Anklet on both legs (rather than only one on Rising Mighty's right leg), which causes its finisher, Amazing Mighty Kick, to produce a large flaming pillar that nearly pierces Earth's atmosphere after kicking the target.

Its Black and Gold color scheme foreshadows Kuuga's Ultimate Form.
