Kamen Rider Garren's Extra power up form and Final form that appears in Kamen Rider Outsiders.

Unlike Blade's King Form and Chalice's Wild Form, Garren's King Form allows him to fuse only with the Category King of the Diamond suit of Undead cards, which is an intended design by BOARD.
