Kenzaki Kazuma fused with all of the 13 Undead units from the Spade suit of cards of the Blade Rider System, and upon transformation, King Rouzer is automatically summoned, becoming his special weapon in this Form & a set of gold armor protects his entire body, with several pieces of it having the engraved figures of all of the 13 Spade suit of Undeads.

Kenzaki being fused with all of the 13 Undeads from the themed suit of cards of the Rider System is not an intended effect of the King Form transformation by the BOARD (the intended effect is to fuse with the Category King only), this is because of his very high fusion compatibility. Therefore, his repeated transformation into King Form will risk him turning into a Joker-type Undead, which he achieved in the final episode.

Blade in his King Form is the slowest but has both the highest offensive and defensive power of all of his forms. It also allows him to utilize all of the abilities of the 13 Undead units that are fused with him. Also, his more powerful card combos are now Poker-based, with his Royal Straight Flush attack, which is either a powerful slash or energy blast with his King Rouzer, being the strongest of them.
