kamen rider blade (jack form)

An enhanced form of Kamen Rider Blade that appears in Kamen Rider Blade. It allows Blade to fuse with the Eagle Undead, which is the Category Jack of the Spade suit of Undeads cards, resulting in a boost to his specs and granting him the ability to fly.
