kaiko (vocaloid)
A fanmade Vocaloid that is the female version of Vocaloid Kaito. In Japan, it is very common to have female names end in -ko.
Her first outfit design is based on the Idolmaster outfit - Cute & Girly. While the most recent outfit (post #353560) is designed by Brian Narita, which is a feminine take on Kaito's original outfit.
