She is one of the Seven Prisoners of Kivotos, Known as the "Five Dust Macaque" (五塵の彌猴).

Her full name is Shintani Kai.

Has white & black split-color hair of medium length, crossed bangs, and grey eyes with white pupils.
She wears a white labcoat and black china dress with a cleavage cutout that exposes her large breasts, black gloves, thighhighs, and high heels.

Her weapon of choice is a type 54 black star pistol.
