kageyama shien
A Holostars VTuber from the 3rd generation. Designed by Namakawa.
He has pale skin, yellow eyes and two-tone hair, with black being the dominant color and white as the color of his sidelocks. He is a jackal boy with black jackal ears, tail and fangs, though often mistaken for cat or dog.
