In Ragnarok Online, the Kafra Corporation (or simply Kafra) is a company that provides players with certain services. The Kafra uniform mainly consists of a maid headdress, a brown maid dress with puffy short sleeves, a frilled white apron, a red sash, white gloves, and holding a clipboard and pen. Sampaguita wears a sleeveless orange crop top with an orange miniskirt instead.
All of the known employees have had their names translated several times.
