Ramsey Khalid Ismael (born: September 26, 2000), also known online as Johnny Somali, is a notorious Ethiopian-American live streamer and internet troll.

Since 2023, Johnny is infamous for traveling to various foreign countries where he films himself harassing locals, causing public nuisance and offending people with insensitive topics (eg. mocking Japanese people about the Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atomic bombings during World War II or insulting Korean women who were forced into sexual slavery during Japanese occupation). His actions has been criticized online by many, including expats who live in those countries, since it gives foreigners visiting those countries a bad reputation with the locals and increase xenophobia.

As of 2025, Johnny is currently facing several charges in South Korea for sexual harassment, endangering minors and causing public disturbances.
