jagi
Jagi is one of the antagonists in Hokuto no Ken. he was the third of four Hokuto brothers adopted by Ryuken.
Deceptive and evil, Jagi stops at nothing to win and frequently uses dirty tricks during battle. He never really mastered Hokuto Shinken, relying on his sawed-off shotgun to finish off most of his opponents. After a botched attempt at killing Kenshiro, he is left with a hideously disfigured head as a reminder of his failure. Consequently, he hides his head by wearing an iron helmet. He bears a fake version of Kenshiro's famous seven scars on his chest, which he uses to terrorize people in his name.
