ishtar (swimsuit rider) (fate)
Ishtar's swimsuit version for the summer 2017 event. She is a welfare Servant obtained from the event, so her outfit does not change with Ascension levels. She wears a pink jacket that completely covers up her swimsuit, which she states is a white one-piece swimsuit, as is slightly more visible in her final ascension art (in addition to a black bow at the top). Official art released in 2024 revealed that it is strapless.
She switches to two different outfits during her Noble Phantasm animation, a blue kimono and a blue dress.
