inatomi hibiki

A background character portrayed as a match judge from the Japanese Tankery League, given the official nickname of C-ko (C子)(Girl C). Her real name is Inatomi Hibiki.
Currently unvoiced, however she is confirmed to get a CV in the upcoming anime adaption of Operation More Love Love.
