Antagonist in the second half of part 2 of Tobaku mokushiroku kaiji. The manager of an illegal casino run by the Teiai Corporation, alongside his bodyguard and friend Murakami Tamotsu. Despite only appearing for half of a season, he has remained a popular character and got his own spinoff in Joukyou Seikatsuroku Ichijou in 2021.
The manga originally had him with long black hair, a collared grey shirt, a long-sleeved black blazer, black pants, and a red necktie as his suit but in the anime his appearance was changed to reddish brown hair, a red shirt, and a white necktie.
