A yuri manga about a landlady and her tenant.

Kozuka Chiyo (the tenant) has been unemployed, her rent is 3 months behind and all of her saving have been spent on beers. One day, the landlady comes to Kozuka with an offer: whenever Kozuka do something she like, she'll tick off a box to reduce the remaining money which Kozuka is still owed, until all of the boxes are ticked or all of the remaining owed money is paid.
