Adventure Time character.

One of Finn the Human and Jake the Dog's recurring enemies. An insane and childish old man who rules over the Ice Kingdom, capturing princesses as a hobby. He especially likes to kidnap Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum. His ice powers are fueled by the crown on his head, but the crown was also the source of his madness. Was known as Simon Petrikov prior to the crown corrupting him, and the finale of the original series would see him revert back into Simon.
