The Hyakkaryouran Resolution Council or Hyakkaryouran for short, is one of the many school clubs from Blue Archive. The Hyakkaryouran are the protagonists of Volume 5.
A club from Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy, the Hyakkaryouran have serve as the peacekeepers of Hyakkiyako since the Academy's founding. Hyakkaryouran members wear a sky-blue haori with white five-petaled flowers emblazoned across their sleeves and use Type 38 Arisaka Rifle.
Being a faction tag, this should only be used when at least four members of the group are present and equally in focus.
