hootsie (nanashi mumei)

One of Nanashi Mumei's mascots. Debuted with her second outfit (post #5058100). A plump round eagle owl with stubby wings and a buffering indicator on his head. Often seen being carried by Mumei in a basket with a green ribbon tied to it.
