A martial arts technique from Hokuto no Ken. This is the move Toki uses to kill the guards when Kenshiro comes to save him from the Cassandra prison.
This move consists of sitting down with the hands facing outwards next to the head. Then, a beam emits from both palms. Those who were hit by the beam will experience euphoric sensation before violently explodes.
