hokaze junko

A minor character in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun manga and the main character in its spin-off manga Astral Buddy.

Formerly known as Ringlet curl girl, Junko is a follower of Shokuhou Misaki and the second-in-command in Misaki's clique.

Like Misaka Mikoto, she is a fan of Gekota.
