In her retrofit form (post #3364961), she gains a long blue cape cut in the middle, and a blue gunbai military fan with the kanji "ryuu" (lit. dragon). She also wears a long necktie with her name printed on it, as well as a single thighhigh on her right leg. Burnt hanafuda cards are shown around her.
