hiraiwa hotaru
A character in Akebi-chan no Serafuku. She is the shortest girl in her class.
She has blue eyes and long grey hair with bangs. She wears the new Roubai Academy School Uniform which consists of a black blazer, white collared shirt, red striped ribbon, and a black pleated skirt.
She is voiced by Asakura Momo in the anime.
