Lit. On the Night the Red Spider Lily Blooms
A visual novel and 2010-2012 manga by Ryukishi07 and 07th Expansion of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni, with illustrations by Tsunohazu Ichirou, serialized in Fujimi Shobo's Monthly Dragon Age.
It originally began as Gakkou Youkai Kikou: Dai-hachi Kaidan Boshuuchuu (学校妖怪紀行 第八怪談募集中), lit. School Youkai Traveler's Guide: Recruiting the Eighth Kaidan, a 2007 light novel serialized in Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Age Pure, with illustrations by Nishieda, which ran for three chapters before being discontinued.
It was then followed by the manga Gakkou Youkai Kikou - You (学校妖怪紀行 ~葉~), with illustrations by Izumi Rei, which was also serialized in Dragon Age Pure in 2007 before ending after two chapters.
