heart-shaped eyes
When a character has literal hearts for eyes, like a cartoon character. Generally a sign of being lovestruck.
Not to be confused with heart-shaped pupils, when only the pupils are heart-shaped, or with heart in eye, when there's a heart shape inside the eyes.
