Clint Barton was the first Hawkeye (created in 1964 by Stan Lee & Don Heck), Kate Bishop was the second one (created in 2005 by Allan Heinberg & Jim Cheung).
In the time of "Dark Reign" story arc, famous villain Bullseye who was part of the Dark Avengers had Hawkeye as his public identity.
