Harper and Sarah are the twin sisters of Lana in Pokemon Sun and Moon. While they are generic Preschooler NPCs in the video games they received unique designs in the Pokemon Sun and Moon anime.

In the anime Harper is distinguished by wearing a yellowish shirt with a Shellder print, while Sarah is distinguished by wearing a pinkish shirt with a Slowpoke print.
