handjob gesture

Sexually suggestive hand motion simulating a handjob. You'll usually find three or four fingers bent in a circle or the hand clenched into a fist, moving back and forth.

Should not be confused with fellatio gesture, which is usually two fingers put together forming a circle near an open mouth.
