Metal cuffs fastened together to restrain a person's movements by keeping their hands and wrists bound together. Can be found in law enforcement (police, detectives, etc) or BDSM contexts.

For tagging purposes, this tag is to be used only for the metal law enforcement types of handcuffs, for other types just use the cuffs tag.

Not to be confused with the fashion accessories called wrist cuffs or a garment's sleeve cuffs.
